Sirs, the power steering on my backhoe is very hard to turn left with. On a right turn it is almost too easy. Advice please, or maybe email me the pages from a manual? Thanks Dave |

| That steering system has the control valve fitted to one end of the cylinder, when you move the steering wheel it pushes or pulls the valve and oil is diverted to push or pull the piston to turn the wheels, when the ball joint gets worn it does not move the valve enough,it can push it enough but when it has to pull it it does not pull the valve enough, the slot the ball peg moves in is limited,I do not have a manual but there is usually adjustment to tighten it up,I found a drawing of the parts on line.
Good luck
