want to put blade on 420 with loader. can i just remove loader and install blade. will a blade bolt on without drilling new holes. anything else i should know about this type of swap. thanks. bruce.

no A loader push point is up high a blad pushes down low. Will take a lot of effort unles you can find a donor unit with complete blade.. Just puting a blade where the bucket is is about worthless.

If you have a factory loader, there was a dozer blade attachment to replace the bucket.
If by remove the loader, you mean the whole assembly, then yes, a complete dozer blade assembly will bolt on. You will also need a complete dozer hydraulic system, the loader system is completely different.
