490d john deere excavator hyd leak

i need help with this 490d excavator. It leaking hyd fluid where the machine swivels at, fluid is pouring out of the crack. I replaced all of the seals and o'rings in the center pivot but didnt fix the problem. When i took the center pivot apart i pulled out 21 ball bearings but i could only put 20 back in it. Looking at JD's website they show 20 in it. Where did the extra ball come from and where is this thing leaking fluid from. Could it be coming from the turning motor because has its own dipstick and checks ok. help me please
 
Reseal the rotating manifold that feeds the track motors. If it shows any wear at all, replace it with a reman rotator(about $2600) If it is grooved even slightly it will continue to leak. That and leaking brake fittings on the sides of the upper rotator are the only other place beside the swing motor that can leak into the turntable. Bear in mind it will take a couple of weeks to work the leaked oil out of the turntable as there is no drain.
If the swing motor leaks it will overfill the gearbox,which would show on the dipstick

I replace the o'ring and seals and everything looked good. everything was tight and didnt see any wear. im just gonna have to play with it a bit and see if it quits leaking. thanks
