trying to buy a AC 653 Dozer for 9000.00 serial no 6990 anyone know how old this machine is and dose this seem like a fair price ?

My oponion and that is just it. 67 years of trading dozer experience. Price is about twice what is should be. That tractor has no parts supplier from a dealer standpoint. When ac sold to Dutz the industrial stuf really got hung out.
Some of the parts are same as some old ac farm tractors but really get scarce for either new or used parts. There are better buys out there than a 30 year old ac. Find you a 350/450 jd or td 7 ih or 350/ 450 case

They were built from 1970-1975.As for the price if its in excellent condition I'd say it sounds fair.
