The original subject was "testing hydraulic system on Bobcat 610".

did you ever figure out how to get the aux hyd working, I have a 610 also, but no schematic for aux hyd, my middle pedal also seems to single acting (rod is bent though). Do you have to couple the rear aux QC"s to get the front to work and visa versa?
I am trying to hook a log splitter up.

I was having trouble running an auger because, as it turns out, the pump pressure was way way too low. I got some good advice from NCWayne and set up a test instrument. Then I put in a new pump and it was like a double dose of viagra. The middle pedal runs the outer spool on the second valve, and I would bet that all you have to do is adjust your linkage at one or both ends so that you get enough movement when you move the pedal both ways. But I suppose you're not running hydraulics from the operators position so the splitter probably has its own valve. That means you need a direct line to the splitter valve, which you could feed with the auxiliary hydraulics and then just block the pedal one way or the other.
