1959 JD 440 Crawler

I decided to start a new post.
I was disappointed upon my arrival at this tractor.
The track (at 100% wear) measures 24"; this track was at least a 1/16" past that, on the track I could measure.
It showed signs of lack of lubrication everywhere.
The bucket pins were almost worn through, about half of the cylinders were leaking badly.
It does have a re-built engine, and a new manifold, and the carburetor rebuilt; the rad was cleaned and made pretty.
With a new set of tracks it might be OK; or, will it need new/re-built rollers too?
I am thinking probably 3-4 grand to start.
I am thinking of passing on it.
