I have a quick question? where do I start to look for a paint code on a oliver oc3 crawler? what is the color or name of the yellow/orange that came on a oliver oc3 crawler?

Early OC3s came standard in green. Later OC3s in the same yellow as OC4s. Dealers could custom order colors though (so I'm told).

Paint codes: HG after 1945 and early OC-3s - MARTIN SENOUR 99L-8746 (green)
99L-3752 (red) Yellow hood ridges 90T-3753
1951 and later crawlers - Highway yellow PPG Ditzler 81985 (Can also use old Caterpillar
highway yellow)

It looks like JD stole the boom design for the later 350's, 450's etc. from Oliver. The guy that did work on my truck has an Oliver crawler loader sitting on his acreage. I don't think it's been used for quite a while though but looks complete. Dave
