JD 1010 dozer blade mounting plate

I ordered a rebuild kit for the carburetor for the 1010. While I am waiting for that to arrive I am working on fixing a broken mounting plate that the dozer blade attaches to and pivots on as the blades moves up and down.
The hydraulic lift cylinder also attaches to it.
This mounting plate attaches to the dozer frame in the inside of the tracks.
Question: can that mounting plate be removed with the tracks in place or do the tracks need to be split to give you room to remove the blade mounting blade?
Why am I removing the mounting late? There is a section of it that is broken, right where the blade attaches

One can guess it is an inside blade. What model blade?

With out seeing it or any pictures from multiple angles, I doubt the tracks need to be split. I would expect you remove the blade and get it out of the way. Run the crawler up on some wood blocking so you have room to work under it and go after it. At most loosening the track to allow pulling it up and/or sideways some, is my first thought.

must be a 6 way hydraulic blade. By the blade moving up & down do you mean 'tilting'?
