New Holland L35 skid loader

Good Afternoon. I have a New Holland L35 skidloader with a 35hp Wisconsin. Got the engine running good. Hydraulic fluid level is where it is supposed to be on the dipstick. I have no hydraulic functions-movement or boom. Nothing. Have both service and owners manual and have bled the system according to the manual. (I have the Cessna set up) Still nothing. Any ideas or suggestions?

I am well rusty on those skid steers and hated working on them and all skid steers, I seem to think there was a seat switch that locked out the hydraulics unless you were sitting in it, have a look around the seat for the switch and check it's closing and the wiring intact.
