I can't seeem to find much helpful info on the web and this is a last resort post lol I have a timberking 2000 sawmill with a kohler command pro CH940-CH1000 gas motor with a crank no start issue. I've pulled the spark plugs and they are both wet. I've removed a plug and held it to the block to test for spark and the fumes from the cylinder/sparkplug hole lit on fire so I assume there is spark. Air filters (inner and outer and brand new), fresh motor oil at the proper level as indicated on the dipstick.

I mean, is it flooding? I changed the electric inline fuel pump is it possible it's pushing too much gas?

If anyone has any pointers or tips or ideas please share them and thank you in advance.

First thing I'd do is get a new set of proper plugs of a quality make, and if the ones in it currently are Japanese (NGK for instance) stick with them. See if both plugs have a good blue to white spark. Second, I'd make sure my exhaust wasn't plugged and choke isn't stuck. Why did you change the pump? Have you checked the carb for gunk or something holding the float open? Are the valves messed up? Do you have good compression?

Start with the basics and move forward one step at a time.
