I'm trying to track down a clutch brake for a HD6B crawler. I've hade some luck finding some parts for the dozer , but no clutch brake The clutch is a wet clutch. I checked with General Gear and Minnpar ,no luck. Hector G said he might possibly have parts. So if your out there Hector let me know if you have the part! Also does anyone know if it is possible to remove the clutch brake without removing the whole clutch assembly. My repair manual only shows the dry clutch, which shows removing the clutch brake assembly without pulling the clutch.

The dozer is over at my nephew so I cant get at it right away. Im not sure how to tell the difference between the two wet clutches. Maybe theres a part number on the clutch or something. Im going to try to look for a manual for the newer versions of the HD6. Do you think youd have a dipstick for the clutch? Thanks Hector for all your help.

HI I check in weeken for oil dip stick and about your cluch brake you could see the inside from the inspection cover on cluch housing the brake cluch and if you have removed the drive shaft try to removed the front cover with the cluch oil filter,1 model cluch brake is bolt to that cover with 4 screws.

HI I am't a mechanic men but did you check the cluch oil tank if the level is correct and check too if the small cluch pump is correct and this pump is near the injection pump.

I really cant check the clutch oil, because the dipstick for the clutch oil reservoir is missing. When I get a chance to go look at the dozer again I will check and see if the oil pump for the wet clutch is working.
