International td8 dozer help!!

Hello Everyone. Looking for some help with a td8. The dozer will only go forward and bckward with the steering levers pulled back. I have adjusted the internal clutch pad adjustment as well outer adjustment. When the dozer is off, it has brakes. When running the brake pedal goes to the floor. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Dad called me today and said there is a bunch of oil coming from the belly pan. Looks like we need to figure out where that leak is coming from and go from there. I would definitely like to get your opinion JM.

You better check for a blow hose if you have oil in belly pan

Well it still says NO E_MAIL all you have to do is click open e-mail I think I can get you going
if we can ever c onnect and all you have to do is click on e-mail mine is open and send me a phone
number

Big thanks goes to JM. He knows these machine forward and backward. I ended up having the hydraulic lines behind the steering levers reversed.
