case 450 dozer d188 engine block replacement

Hi guys, I am new to the forum. Looking for someone that would have info on the crossover of engine blocks for the D188. I have a block with the casting number A38535 that is cracked through 3 main bearing saddles, so its a total loss.

I have found one out of a 1845B loader with a casting number of 976433

Does anyone know if this will fit? Not worried about the internal sleeve difference as I will replace all of that.

You would need to know the serial # of the engines to see if the internal parts like the crank are the same, I would swap the whole engine, if the one in the skid steer is a good runner drop it in, you may have to use the injector pump off the 450 unless the hp rating is the same.
