m610 bobcat skid steer

My m610 bobcat speed selector valve was leaking on the drive belt. I removed it and had it reworked when I installed it it does not work I have tried to adjust it, but I CAN,T get any pressure reading with a gauge I cant figure why there no pressure there. the bucket will pick up till the back cleares the dirt. this tell me the pump is working.

First check your lines, any chance you got line in the wrong place, that is the most common mistake.

jm the lines going to the selector vale are preformed steel. I removed them from the valve end.only I think something has been installed in the valve wrong.I understand some people are modifying a different valve and replacing the old selector valve. the repair manual shows installing a bold in the return line to see if it will have pressure.

I would look at the lever that you use to activate the higher speed. Maybe after reworking the valve, it's not moving far enough to let the oil through. You may just have to adjust the limits of travel.
