Hello anyone out there have one of these d fab trackmaster made by fruehauf corp there were very few made and little info about them I would like to share photos and info if somebody is interested.

I would like to see any photo's of the Dfab Trackmaster, I have several parts of two I would sell . I also have a Agricat that has several components of the Trackmaster, such as the track system, I'm not sure if Agricat bought Dfab or the other way

What a contraption! you would wanta make sure where your limbs, hands ,fingers are at. The under carriage looks like the dfab trackmaster but thats about all.

Freuhauf/D-Fab bought out AgraTrac/AgraCat, moved all the manufacturing and tooling to their Fresno plant and promptly killed the AgraTrac.
Outward apprearance of the undercarriages is similar but AgraTrac used mechanical drive from engine to tracks, D-Fab used hydraulic.

i have a d-fab trackmaster trencher/backhoe. i am seeking a value for possible resale, the parts are all there but engine runs but is out. Please let me know of any markets to sell this machine.

I've got a Trackmaster Dozer Backhoe that I used quite a bit until it broke an axle this past fall. I'm looking for parts to fix it. I've also got the original owner's/parts manual.

I have no idea if there are any parts availble
for the trackmaster or where to look I have had to make or modify parts to keep mine going. I sure would like to get a look at parts manual any chance of you making a copy I would pay for one. Thanks

Sorry for the slow response, I don't mind having a copt made. Where are you located? I'm in NEPA. I'll get in touch after I look into having it copied. Although it's a great little machine,I might be interested in selling it or parting it out.

I recently picked up a 67/68 loader/backhoe that came with the manuals for the machine & the Wisconsin engine! I found this forum & signed on today ( 7/3/2021). Maybe we can revive the interest. I'll try to get pix tomorrow if it doesn't rain!

Tried to post pictures but been denied as there is some wording in the photo download info that's politically incorrect and I can't figure it out! Sorry!

Not always, but in many cases new users have to have 5 or more posts on record before the site lets them post pictures (or links), due to site spam filters. Another option is to go down to the Site Comments Forum and ask YT Support for permission to post prior to that. You can try going down to the Test Forum and making several posts there to get your post count up, trying to attach your pictures to each post. That may work after you make several posts. Then make your post here again. It may not work immediately after you get past the 5 posts, if not, you might try logging out and back in at that point. There is a size limit as well, I think it is a total of 7mb per post (be it one picture or the total of several). Some pictures (often taken with phones), are too large and have to be reduced before they will post.

You need to start a new post of your own rather than tagging on to a 14 year old post. YT uses two different viewing formats, Classic and Modern. The people using Modern see the original post (and given the old date of the original posting some may ignore it), because Modern brings the thread to the top. Those viewing it in Classic will only see the post you made today as a single reply, none of the previous posts. So when seen in Classic, standing by itself, your post today doesn't mean much. You might get some info, it may get ignored, or some sarcastic comments because of that. And the fellows you are trying to communicate with, don't appear to be around anymore.

Thanks for the info Jim. I'm thinking of selling this one, as I'm done with it, and may try advertising it. Doug
