Cat 931 / D3B parts

Hello everyone. I'm on the hunt for a fuel
transfer pump return spring and piston for
my 931 loader. Transfer pump mounts to the
injection pump and has the hand primer
built into it. I need the guts I if you
will that are behind the large hex cap on
the pump. It has a 3204 engine. Serial
number starts with 78U. My father in law
has a D3B with the same set up. It's a 27y
serial number. Does anybody have anything
laying around they'd be interested in
parting out?
 
I bought all my transfer pump parts for my D3B right from Cat--they were very reasonable--the 3 little plastic check valves were only a few dollars each
 
When did you buy the parts? My cat dealer says that the complete pump is all that's available. And they want almost $800 for the little gem.
 
it was about 3 years ago--if i remember right they had two pumps available Cat and Cat classic---seem to think around $300

Try Offroad Equipment Parts in Tenn. They carry NOS, used, and aftermarket CAT parts. I've used them many times over the years and saved my customers quite a bit of money getting stuff from them.
