TD-8E steering problem

when I pull the left steering lever I get no response. it had been working and progressively got worse until now its totally nonresponsive. I have no manual . the lever linkage , fluid, and control valve are all ok , any advice on adjustment or diagnosing the problem will be appreciated greatly . please email [email protected] or 360-520-1944
