Machine was running working fine but I found fuel was leaking from the primary filter, changed the filter, now cannot get fuel from bleeders. I loosened the fitting at the casting and get good fuel flow there but cannot seem to fill the filters and get fuel from the bleeders. This is using the manual pump of course. Tank is full valve is on as I said I have fuel to canister. Old filter was Wix 33166 new is Napa 3166. Any ideas?

Did you make the common mistake of putting an O ring in the filter top outer groove? That's the filter inlet, it must be open..

I've lost count how many times I've seen that happen, at least nothing is broke and will be an easy fix.

Redesign? Probably never. Maybe they could at least stamp a warning on top, DO NOT BLOCK OUTER TOP FUEL INLET GROOVE! I'm not holding my breath though...
