336 case, inj. pump timing

anyone have experience with getting at the nuts that hold the pump between the pump and the block? wow
 
k, its layin on its side, no way I was gonna mess around to get the washers and nuts started, I took the timing cover back off, started the pump on to it,,, I had hek why it was layin on its side to get a wobble socket or universals on them,,, hope it works better standin up,, thanx!
 
had a similar situation with case injection pump and used a 3/8 drive crowfoot with extensions,worked
very well.
