Case 450c Dozer

I am looking for a small dozer to clean feence rows and tree lines and still be able to haul it on a gooseneck trailer. I located a Case 450C 6 way blade with 1060 hours for sale(don't know what year or if hours are correct). Can some one school me on under carriage life %. I understand this model has a Cummins and powershift. Is this model easy to operate and can you still buy parts? Thanks Brandon

This is a very good machine from Case easy to maintain, always important price should reflect the amount of money to invest on the undercarriage beside that very reliable unit. If you buy it I do have ORIGINAL parts and service manual for sale for this machine. my e mail is [email protected]

I have not seen it in person. On the floor boards there is a pedal on the right what I assume is the throttle. What are the 2 pedals on the left for? You steer the dozer with the 2 levers by the seat. I have never operated a dozer, just loader tractors.

the two pedals are the brakes, as you can also pivot turn it with the brakes, we sold Lots of 450's as said they are Great machines I have a 73 450 Fast handy machines, I had just finished plowing out a 400' driveway that was 4-8' deep drifted in nice and tight and hard packed snow

you do the steering with the leavers in front of the seat not the foot peddles [most likely they don't work anyway ]and don't waste your money fixing you don't need them
