Running my TD-9 the other day and when I parked it I notice that there is a hole in the turbo housing about the size of a pea. How big of issue is this? Does it need fix sooner than later, or do I even need to fix it?

If the hole is in the cast steel hsg, your loosing exhaust gas that spins the wheel..
IF its in the aluminum hsg, you sucking in dirt/sand & throwing it in the engine cylinders.
Either scenario isn't good for your engine.
