Neighbor's backhoe won't lift the boom unless another function is held in operating position after it reaches the end of it's travel, you can curl the bucket in or out but it doesn't have much digging force, but it to will enable you to raise the boom once curled in or out and held in that position, this machine is electronic controlled with what appears to be control modules bolted to each cylinder valve assembly connected to the solenoids which check out o.k., so where do we start from?
