Throttle linkage spring MF 300 crawler loader

The original subject was "Re: steering issues with MF 300 crawler loader".

I also just aquire a 1973ish MF300 crawler loader. I have the same issue w the decelerator not returning to high throttle. I believe there is a spring missing as I only have the one on the left side of the pivot linkage. Is there supposed to be one on the pump itself? I am in the process of loosening and lubricating all the parts to allow free movement. Thanks
