case 450 declutch lockout

I have this 450 case with the declutch lockout located by the left leg of the operator. It is froze up and wont operate. The dealer says parts are discontinued. Does anyone knowof a source for aftermarket or used parts, before I tear into it. See photos

I would take it apart and give it a good clean,I looked in the parts list but could not find it,post the part number and I will try and locate one.

Here is the parts list to go with the diagram Looks like parts 16 thru 30?? The body of the lockout is 17.

The part # of the valve assembly is D49105, the repair kit number is R29966,if you Google the valve part # only it will bring up a new one at Coleman Equipment,its dear nearly $500,try Case for the repair kit,if no joy carefully dismantle the valve,to remove the plunger first remove the top and retrieve the parts inside,then remove the snap ring retaining the plunger and remove the plunger in the direction of the knob,free the plunger in the bore and lubricate it and replace it,replace any bad o'rings,lubricate the parts and put them back through the top,put the valve back on and it should be ok.
