My neighbor stated that after about 30 minutes the right foot brake quits working. Before we get started, I know he should not be steering with the foot brake. Checked the master cylinder, it is not bypassing or leaking. It is building pressure. I have ordered a manual, but was wondering if this could be an adjustment issue or much deeper? Any opinions? Thanks for the help.

That Case has an unique steering system ie you can drive one track forward and the other back,if for example it was going forward with both tracks driving and you wanted to turn left pressing the left brake pedal should first open the clutch dump valve for that side and the drive would be disconnected and then the brake should come on and stop the track,if the brake is not stopping the track it is one of two things, either the clutch is not disengaged or the brake is not holding, press both pedals the tractor should stop, the brakes are oil immersed hydraulic actuated with manual external adjustment, try adjusting them first.
