Had new o rings put in leaky steering booster. Now it will not release unless the tractor is turned off. Thanks, hal

Little lever on the side that activates it is either hooked up wrong on needs adjusted. Send me a phone number and I will tell you how to adjust it. E mail open

DozinHal,
As I remember, and it has been quite a while, the threaded eye on the cylinder rod has to be removed to disassemble and reseal. Seems like there is a dimension eye to eye that has to be maintained, so maybe that has changed. I don't have that information anymore but worth checking into.
Other than that, adjusting the control rod clevis at the cylinder that jm mentioned is the other option. Just one turn of that clevis will make a change. To far one way and the lever will be hard to pull or have a catch, to far the other it will hang back.
good luck and let us know what you find.
Dennis
