Boomer, If you have an original parts book you will find the codes in the back just ahead of the index, at least that's where I found them in my book.
T7CM = Wide Tread with heavy duty Delco Remy lighting or starting.

Thank you for the help. I've got the manuals but looking for a parts
book. It does have the wide pads on it. But no lights.
