New Holland L775 Skid Steer hyd system pressure?

Greetings all,

I need to replace a mess of hoses on my NH L775 : our barn and shop burned, thankfully at least a few pieces of equipment were far enough away that they only got scorched, rather than actually caught on fire. The skid-steer seems to be fine, except
all the hoses on the side facing the barn now leak like sieves...

Unfortunately the original parts, and the parts that superseded them at NH, are all discontinued, and while my dealer is willing to make new parts to some mystery spec, he's not willing to tell me the operating pressure so that I can order hoses from
somewhere that doesn't think a 18" hose is worth $140.

Any information anyone can give on the hydraulic system high-pressure limit on the L775, would be most helpful! My manual was in the barn, so if the data was in there...

Most hydraulic hose you are going to find nowadays is rated at 3000 or 3500 PSI, and surely the little loader won't exceed that???

Hyd. pressure should be in the 2500 psi range if the pump is in good shape. So a 3000 psi working pressure hose will work fine. Burst pressure is usually almost double the working pressure. Tipco, Colliflower or napa or a local hydraulic shop can make the hoses for you. Take the old ones along with you to make sure they put the correct ends on as there are a multitude of different configurations. JIC,Flat face, pipe etc and some hoses have different fittings on different ends of the same hose

Thanks - I've never needed to replace "custom" high-pressure hoses before, so I'm finding all of this one wire, two wire, different standards that all look the same, etc business of hydraulic lines a bit confusing. /Should/ have just pulled all the troublesome lines this weekend and taken them all in to my local Parker dealer, but I didn't want to open the system and risk crud getting in there over the week. Live and learn!
