The motor was actually stuck, but after soaking some pb blaster in the intake and exhaust it's free..pulled exhaust to remove injection pump to install new plungers and barrels, she's coming back to life!

Well I pulled the head and found number 2 cylinder liner was cracked from the top down to just about the bottom so that's not too bad - I got a new liner new O-rings on the bottom and slipped it in.the piston looked beautiful rod bearings look beautiful crank look beautiful, some new rings in and that's as far as I've gotten
