Hello , During the few times I've let the loader run I've noticed a spray coming out the engine side of the injector pump and just recently it's Been stalling. I've been thinking it's a blown seal of some kind , I was wondering if there is a way to just pach it up so we could get it moved.

Thanks, Brad

You may have an injection line banjo fitting leak, try and tighten the bolts as it may stop. If not and it is where the leak is the seal washers on each side of the banjo need replaced, two washers on each fitting. Top cover or head seal won't spray out if leaking like the high pressure lines will.

Brad, simple way to reseal a leaking line is to loosen it while running. This will wash clean any rust or dirt that may fall between the seals and the banjo line bolt. Loosen for a second, then tighten. Most times this will help. Good luck ,,, Al

Ok thanks for the tip, it's supposed to be warmer at around -8c tomorrow. I will do that once I find that line And hopefully I will be able to fix that .

When working on fuel injection do not forget the high pressure involved, enough pressure to penetrate the skin which can be fatal,if looking for a leak do not put your face close to the suspected area without wearing protection.

warms up and I'm able to go out with out freezing
