I bought a 450 case dozer, the identity tags are missing on frame, the parts book that the old owner gave me had the serial written in it, serial number 3060245. My question is the drive sprocket does not line up on track rail. the old owner had replaced the drive sprocket, and handed me the old ones when i bought the dozer, the old ones were a berco ca 333, they have lesser of a off set, and lines up on track rail, sprocket has 27 teeth, 7 bolt holes.so i'm hoping that the berco sprocket is the correct one to use by the serial number given. and if there are things I can look for on the dozer to help to identify, when ordering the correct parts for dozer. first time on forum, thank you.

Remove side engine panel on left side , along side the engine , this guard keeps mud and other debris from going into belly pan . Three bolts hold this side plate on . On the frame look carefully , maybe rub your hand or rag , the serial number is stamped on the frame . Is this dozer a four way blade if so these sprockets are nonexistent . I have a four way blade and my sprockets were worn out . There is a Used Equipment Co. in Louisana that built my sprockets up , not the best , but the tractor does what it is suppose too . He charged me $140.00 per sprocket , you can ship to him and he will ship back.
