My 69 580 Construction King Backhoe tractor Sat for about a month after using it. Now I can not get the clutch to release...pedal feels normal with good sing resistance but can't get the tractor to go into gear forward or reverse by use of the mechanical shuttle. Trans and shuttle will allow me to start the tractor in gear and go but pushing the clutch in doesn't take it out of gear. Any suggestions on how to determine if the clutch is stuck versus failed parts?
