Case 580B serial number

I have a Case 580B backhoe loader I am trying to get the right manuals for. There is a serial# tag on the left side of tractor loader frame in front of the cab door. It says model# 580B, ser# 526XXXX. Is this the loader tag or the tractor ser#? The 580B parts book on line shows 580B's all with serial numbers starting with number "8" ?? If this is loader number where is the tractor serial# ? Where do I find parts book for loader? What is the model number of the loader? Thanks!
 
been a lot of years since I looked at a 580B for a serial tag,,, 580CK are on the RH side of the dash,,, the tag you are looking for should start with a "8" and have 580B stamped above the serial,,

I am looking for some parts for the loader (cylinder packings) What model is the loader itself or how can you find a breakdown on Case construction parts book site? Doesn't appear the loader or backhoe are listed with the tractor?
 
Case site doesn't give you ldr&bkh when you punch in 580 that will be just the tractor. I think 580B sn is aplate on the dash.
 
the link I posted below takes you to the model 35 loader and backhoe parts book which was on the 580B, you are correct on the tag,, RH side of the steering column

As far as I can recall there were three versions of the 580B series built.one with a mechanical shuttle,one with a power shuttle and one with a hydrostatic transmission,I think the manual covered all three.if you or anyone else want's a PDF copy of the manual you can download it from the link below from a host site that I had uploaded it for another guy.
