I have a 1994 john deere skid steer. I am looking for a oil dipstick. Mine broke in half where it rivets together. The dealer says its a discontinued part. If any one knows of any resources where I might find one or if someone has one and can give me some measurements so I can make one that would be great. Also this engine has to have been used in other applications as well. If anyone knows of any let me know.

4TN82 was used in the 3325 turf mower. Did not have an "A" in description though. Dipstick is AT110842 at $15.62 but it may be
different than what you need???

Thanks! I will look into that. That's the best info Ive got so far.

A yanmar dealer can get a lot of parts that Deere says are discontinued. The trick is finding a parts man that will put in the effort to help you out.

Cool. I'll look up a yanmar dealer then. I was wrong with the engine number though. Its actually a 4TN82E-SP. im not sure where I came up with that other number.

I found out that this engine was used in a mustang 940 skid steer as well. I was able to find parts for it at Golden Eagle Parts direct.
