1150 case dozer

friend is sell some stuff that his grandfather owned, he passed away few years ago, offered to sell me a 1150 case dozer has been setting for around five years for 5000 dollars with winch inclulded with it, told him winch was worth that ( knew a guy that was looking for one) took about ten minutes to get the dozer running and out of the barn to realy see it good, has almost new under carrage under it and seems to run good, what is the good and the bad with these dozers, what would it be worth to sombody.

A lot of that depends on age or what letter series it
is, hours and what style blade it has are the hoses
cracked and dry rotted?
