It's coming aprt quite nicely. Only twisted of one bolt and had to use the hot wrench on one other. A little more wear on the rollers than I first thought.

I'll be looking for better idlers. I think I can weld these back up and machine them but that would be option #2.<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank">

Can't really tell from the pictures as most idlers have a raised area in the center to engage the chains.
But what I have done in the past is to heat and bend some flat stock around them and weld that on.
