Hydraulic, transmission problem John Deere 310A

My jd 310A backhoes hydraulic system got contaminated with water (long story)
I have tried to drain all fluid from the lines, pulled both filters , pulled the 2 plugs by the filters, drained, is there another plug somewhere I'm missing , still showing on stick! Shows machine should have 20 gallon capacity , but over full when I added 10 ????
Any help on flushing the system out would be greatly appreciated !! Thanks
