Case 1835C Engine Stuck After Sitting Up

I have a Case 1835C 3 cylinder diesel uniloader that the engine is stuck after sitting up for 2 years. Does anyone have any tips on how to get it turn over. The fully charged battery won't turn it. Is there a way to get to the flywheel to pry on the teeth or some other way to turn it mechanically?

Any help would be appreciated.

Been a while since I worked on one but there
should be a plug in the side of the
bellhouseing were you can get a pry bar in
to try to loosen. Other option is to take
starter out. Make sure problem is not
starter first

Sounds good Danney. I will look at the housing. I see that the side panels come off so I can get to the engine. Think I should get some transmission fluid or penetrating oil inside each cylinder to help loosen it up before I pry on it?
Thanks Danney
