Case 1840 uniloader blown head gasket

I recently discovered I have a blown he'd gasket in my Case 1840 Uniloader skidsteere. I have several questions about fixing it, do i need to unbolt can and flip cab up to work on engine? Is it worth rebuilding the whole engine when I replace a blown head gasket? Can the engine be rebuilt without removing the engine. Also the steering track needs to be adjusted too, how is that accessed? Please and thank you.

The cab slides forward on that model it does not flipped up. To move cab first you need to unbolt the drive control linkage from the tandem pump unplug wiring harness, discount battery, disconnect throttle Rod, disconnect bucket tilt and raise linkage from control valve, remove parking brake cables and springs from linkage, remove bolt that secures auxiliary pedal to to linkage, unbolt two lower cab bolts by feet in cab and remove two upper cab bolts back of cab. Slide cab forward. First before doing anything remove bucket raise loader and lock in place.

As far as tracking issue that can usually be addressed by levEric stops. Creep is adjusted by centering spring on top of tandem. Let me know if you need anything else

Thanks for your help! How do I lock the loader arms in the upright position? Will the tandem spring be visible/accessible after the cab slides down? Is repairing the head gasket an easy task?

There should be a c-channel bar that pins to the rod end of the left boom cylinder pulley pin and let bar rest on cylinder rod lower loader to bar rest on top of cylinder and loader will not go down anymore. Motor is pretty accessible with cab moved.
