It may have a fluid cooler below the radiator. Dirt tends to accumulate there. Make sure it has good air flow. I have a 200B. I also have manuals. WaltMo

Robert your suction strainer is stopping up with crud then when you let it sit the stuff falls off until you operate the unit again..... OR you may have a suction leak that is letting the pump suck air but I am betting on the strainer
