Timing pre-combustion injector pump on late 70s D3 Dozer

I just rebuilt my 3204 D3 Dozer. I could use some help on how to go about timing it. I have looked all over online and am not able to find much. Does it require a special tool? This is a precombustion injector pump. Thanks in advance for any help. Cnt wait to see her back in action.

are you saying you have pre combustion chambers on your engine? My D3B doesn't have them so the timing of the injection pumps may be different

Yes my Dozer has a precombustion fuel injection pump not direct injection like yours.

Early engines with pre-com chambers require the 5P0143 timing plate fixture.
