Forum,
Attempted to remove the starter on the HD3 and found I may have to wait it out. Took time to get to the starter and once there found the bolt/pin with lock nut was way too tight to remove. Being in place for fifty-one years will require a lot of penetrating fluid before removal. The starter still works so I am not going to be in a hurry to break something. When I do remove the bolt/pin I may use a pneumatic air wrench to remove it. Question is does this make more sense than a breaker bar or something similar? Any and all thoughts are welcome.
