Previous post was about the failure of the hydraulic implements to function. Was pretty sure that the problem was air in the system but couldn't identify the leak. Pressured the case and squirted soapy water looking for bubbles to no avail.
Turns out the problem may have been caused by an out of level filter change or some other anomaly because the fluid appeared milky last fall. After having set for a few months, the fluid is now clear and the machine is working again as usual. I'm thinking there were enough suspended tiny bubbles in there to cause a big bubble when operated under pressure.
All I know for sure is that it's working well now and I'm cautiously optimistic that it will be ok moving forward.
