746 Bobcat won't cool right

We have a Kubota Diesel in the Bobcat. Was recently overhauled, bored, pistons & rings and head redone. Had a small leak in radiator and it wouldn't cool right so we got a brand new one. It still gurgles a lot as soon as it is shut off and wants to keep pushing water into the overflow tank. Had a new water pump and thermostat, nothing helped, pretty much does the same thing it did with old radiator. Didn't act this way before the overhaul. Any ideas of what we should look for?
Thanks

Likely, you have a head gasket sealing issue, or a cracked block or cylinder head.

A FREAK possibility is a sealing issue or other defect that allows the waterpump to draw a little air, yet not visibly leak coolant.

Those little Kubota diesels should be sleeved. If they weren't installed with the correct protrusion, they can leak combustion gases into the cooling system causing symptoms like yours.

No sleve in that engine. The 746 bob cat is the worst place that the Kubota engine is ever used. We see problems all the time with the heads on that engine in that unit. They chose to lay the radiator down and flow thru the system is sorry at best. As for this unit problem it is not the first I have seen with this issue. Most time it is air entering the system in the plumbing which caused the original problem to begin with. First thing I would do is ad some stop leak to the system and run it 15 minutes then check for air.

Thanks for all of your comments. I will first check the plumbing to see if I can find any air leaks and such, it does have a tank heater with some older heater hoses attaching to various places and tees, maybe there could be some air entering somehow there. We handle a very good Block sealer product that has sealed some minor cracks and gasket leaks for us and other people in some other units, I guess I hadn't thought it was time to try that yet in this bobcat since it should have been a nearly new engine but it sure needs some help. I am not positive if the machine shop re-sleeved it if it had original sleeves or if they bored it. It's been a couple of years now and I haven't located the original work order yet.
Thanks
