First of all to everyone who posted, Thank you very much. Here is what I found. I talked a Bobcat mechanic and he told me to unhook buss bar to the glow plugs and put 12 volts to the positive post of the glow plug, if i got a spark the glow plug was good, if no spark it was bad. I bought 4 more new glow plugs and replaced them last night and that solved my problem. About 10 seconds on the glow plug switch and it started right up, and since we have owned the bobcat, it has never started that good on a cold start. Now my question is what could have caused the first batch of glow plugs go bad, that is if the were good to begin with, and I did not test them before the installation? The new set I did test with an ohm meter and they checked out good. Thanks again, Jack
