glow plugs??? cat

are the cat glow plugs worth the extra money over aftermarket.
43.00 verses 7.00

not having much luck with the cheap ones in the 941b.

You can probably get the ones you need from somewhere like NAPA. There aren't but a handful of 'legitimate' glow plug mfgs, so it shouldn't be a problem to get ones that fit. One big name in glow plugs is BERU. They make the plugs many OEM's use, along with a host of other cold start products like flamestart/intake heaters, etc.

If you know the dimensions, and thread size/pitch, you ought to be able to find one in their catalog to fit your engine. With a part number, like I said, NAPA ought to be able to get them.

Another thing you can do is call Offroad Equipment Parts and see what they can get for you. They have both NOS OEM parts, as well as new aftermarket parts, for a lot less than you'd pay going through CAT.
