Seeking parts, information, on JD winches off 350 JD crawler

New user so can't hurt to ask. We have two JD winches both with problems. when opened, one uses a seal with short springs attached to the aluminum ring holding it in place. They are weak so we need new. (ha) also the seal( another (ha). The other winch uses ball bearing system . Does this make sense to anyone,
I posted earlier, We believe they are both from the 70's.
Cabling them to a tree and the winch slips > Help
