JD 420 crawler hydraulics

Anybody know what hydraulic pressure one of these runs at? Wondering if it would run a Davis backhoe that needs quite a bit of pressure to run it.

Flow is important of course also. It works good on my 806, don't know much about JD crawlers

I think you would be okay on your hydraulics but I would worry about the final drives. Those drive casings aren't very strong. The 40 and 420 drive cases were a weak point on them. 440 had a beefed up case. They had very good hydraulics. Don't know how big you back hoe is but I would check with an old jd dealer about it. I have had 3/4 420 crawlers There a good little crawler if you use them for what there designed for. As far as the hydraulics I think it would work. Just my 3 cents worth. Norm

Highly unlikely from either a pressure or flow standpoint. If you are talking a dozer crawler, about 9GPM and 1050PSI.
