komatsu d37e bogs when hot

I have d37e roughly an 89 that runs great but sometimes when its hot it gets really boggy. It won't stall but acts like it wants to. If you let it idle for a few minutes it will be fine for a while then will do the same thing. Almost like it's starving for fuel. Changed fuel filter and bled lines. Air filter is good too. Any ideas?

I should add. Temp gauge is in the middle of the green, although the water pump has a little wobble in it and needs replaced it seems as if it's cooling fine.

Check your fuel tank for a piece of trash or rust floating around. Also, make sure that it doesn't have an inline fuel screen at the pump somewhere.
