JD 450C Oil Leak from ?

Went to start up my 450C for the first time this Spring and it's developed an oil leak. The oil is coming out of the fitting to the right of the red arrow. I looked through the tech manual and haven't been able to definitely identify what that fitting is? (Oil pressure gauge tap?) Also, the line next to the green arrow is severed. Would appreciate any help identifying what those pieces are and what the repair may entail?

green arrow line looks like it may be the line that carries starting fluid spray into the intake manifold. Some machines had a dash-mounted holder that held a specially shaped can of starting fluid. You pushed down on the top & ether sprayed into the manifold.

The block at the red arrow is on the oil feed line to the turbocharger. The block is part number R54549. The parts book shows no parts breakdown for it. I would see if I could undo the fitting at the top of the block and see what you find. May be just a failed o-ring. I would think the block would be available for deere. If not take the block out and weld the top and put it back on!!
